	Arrhythmia Alliance Patient Information Booklets Order your Arrhythmia Alliance Booklets now and collect them FREE OF CHARGE at the Heart Rhythm Congress in October 2008! 	Defibrillators Defibrillators are devices that apply sharp electrical shocks to the heart when its beating becomes dangerously rapid or chaotic.
